In November 2016, 2,653 homes sold in San Diego County. This is 33% more sales than in November 2015. Inventory remains at just over 2 months’ supply of homes. Median detached homes prices have dipped from $580,000 as of November 1st to $564,000 as of December 1st.
The broader trend towards fewer and fewer days on market remains in place. We will continue to monitor this trend line, the number of units selling on a 12 month trailing basis and the number of months of inventory. Until these indicators go against us, we expect the market to continue to rise.
