In the month of September, 1,559 detached homes sold in San Diego County. As of the beginning of October, there are 5,434 detached homes available for sale but not yet under contract in San Diego County. Housing inventory is a measurement of the number of months it will take to sell the homes that are actively listed for sale on the market. Therefore there are 3.5 months of inventory on the market.
As of the end of August, the median detached home price in San Diego County was $650,000 which is up 6.6% year over year.
